Hijack Security provides AI security research, adversarial testing, red teaming, vulnerability assessments, compliance advisory, and related cybersecurity services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual engagement agreements.
3. Use License & Intellectual Property
All content, methodologies, tools, reports, and materials produced by Hijack Security remain the intellectual property of Hijack Security unless explicitly transferred in writing. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the website for informational purposes only.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information exchanged during the course of any engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, security findings, vulnerability reports, system architecture details, and business processes.
5. Limitation of Liability
Hijack Security shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services and materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Hijack Security expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms
Hijack Security reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
